Boulder Weekend Travel Guide

An event weekend away in Boulder is always a great idea!

Boulder is one of my favorite cities in Colorado – it has great culture, suburb dining spots, and unmatched outdoor adventures! Our event weekend away in Boulder was anchored in the Mumford & Sons concert in Folsom Field at the University of Colorado.

Here’s a travel guide to maximize culture, food, plus outdoor activities!

Friday – Arrival

Late afternoon arrival at Airbnb
Pizza dinner at Pizzeria Alberico (highly recommend; great pizza and vibe)
Stroll down Pearl Street
Post-dinner treat at Ben & Jerry’s (recommend; it’s hard to go wrong with ice cream)

Saturday – Event Night!

Morning Gravel Bike Ride
Lunch at Avery Brewing Company (highly recommend; awesome outdoor space (with lots of shade) with a varied menu)
Burgers at The Sink (Boulder campus iconic spot – check it out)
Mumford & Sons at Folsom Field (highly recommend; they sounded great, their energy was high, and we were outside – a perfect night)
