The Boulder Reservoir and Niwot Loop is a great gravel route starting from the Twin Lakes Trailhead near Avery Brewery in Northeast Boulder. After a few miles of trail riding through town, you’ll hit a loop around the Boulder Reservoir – a gem in Boulder!
From there, you’ll move to beautiful, quiet country gravel roads – the reason you ride a gravel bike!
I thought I knew all of Boulder and the surrounding areas yet I was blown away again. The small community of Niwot was a gem and definitely somewhere I’d love to ride again! I will be back!
