Little Dry Creek Trail is a 10 mile trail from Westminster to Northern Arvada. This is a true “city” trail as it crosses many streets and roads in busy suburban areas. You’ll find many parks and pockets of nature to make you feel like you are lost in the woods! A bonus is that on your way west you can see the mountains in the distance; always a favorite of mine!
I parked at the Target at 80th and Allison Way in Arvada and headed west along the trail for two miles and turned around and headed back to my car via local paths to make a loop versus out-and-back. Happy exploring!
