Little Dry Creek Trail follows the Little Dry Creek for 10 miles from Westminster to northern Arvada. I wrote about running on the northern Arvada part of the trail here and now I’m cycling on the other end – the Westminster part of the trail.
The best part of the trail is the five mile stretch on the eastern half where the trail is newer and the road crossings are minimal. My favorite part is the newly developed Westminster Station area. This is a great open space to stretch your legs and enjoy a snack!
The other great part of the “end” of the trail is that it connects with the Clear Creek Trail and then the Platte River Trail for endless riding and many options! Happy riding!
