I’m a big fan of Gretchen Rubin’s work and for the fourth year in a row, I’ve create a #21for2021 list (editing the number for the current year) which highlights things I want to complete to increase my happiness, health and/or wellbeing!
You can think of this as a “twist” to New Year’s resolutions where this list outlines things you actually want (or need) to do! I focus on ideas that involve friendship, community, health and challenges!

✅ 10. stretch/core 5x week
✅ 11. go skiing in park city
✅ 12. walk 70K steps every 7 days
13. go on multi-day bike adventure
✅ 14. do jmhs girls trip
✅ 15. do North shore girls trip
16. swim strength workout 2x week
17. volunteer 30 hours
✅ 18. donate $21 every month (yay co match)
✅ 19. do cij girls wine trip
✅ 20. continue sunday family zooms
✅ 21. do sis allie bday celebration
✅ 22. Find (& go) new Co doctors
✅ 23. do 100 mile ride with 10k free of gain
