The Lava Loop Trail is a 1.4 mile loop in the middle of South Table Mountain Park. The unique aspect of this trail is that it takes you along the edge of the park’s border on the most northern section giving you that secluded feeling you might be looking for!
Given this trail is in the middle of the park, you have to hike to it from connecting trails. It is about one mile from the west, east or south. Go ahead and choose your own adventure to get here! Happy exploring!
