The Columbine Trail is a popular trail within Cheyenne Canyon Park in Colorado Spring, Colorado! It is a beautiful park filled with many trails at varying distances equalling something for everyone!
If you thought you couldn’t hike in the winter months in Colorado, guess again! You can do it! Especially if any snow has had a chance to melt, you can definitely go out and explore!
I visited this trail on a mid-November with two girlfriends from my home state of Minnesota. After a pit spot at the Visitor’s Center, we headed out on the Columbine Trail. The trail winds up the canyon on a decent incline the entire way – get ready for a climb!
