The mural scene is off the charts in the Denver neighborhood of River North [RiNo]. Each fall they host an event called Crushed Walls where artists have the opportunities to create new murals within the neighborhood. One of the coolest parts is strolling through the alleys, where you are treated to hidden treasures that can only be seen on foot! If you cannot make it to Crushed Walls, no worry, the murals are always up and can be viewed at any time. Additionally, you don’t have to cover as much ground as I did – split it up and come back multiple times!
